Such a great video. I have been in the fitness industry my whole life and it absolutely unbelievable what people will take from granted. Some people wont even use their perfectly healthy body and let it go to waist. While some people are beautiful beyond words or muscular and fit beyond comprehension but no matter how much praise, achievements, or help and support they get nothing is ever good enough. Be grateful and thankful for what you have. However great or small it is. The majority of us are very lucky and we must first use out gifts to the best of our ability then share our gifts with the knowledge and experience we accumulated along the way.
