Such a surreal mammogram! For the first time, I didnt have to write adopted on the medical history portion of the form. I KNEW the answers because of my adoption reunion! Wild! I shared that fact with the technician and she proceeded to share with me how years ago, she helped her college roommate find her birth mom and went with her to meet her! Then she shared how important her job is to her because she had breast cancer (double mastectomy) and found out ONE MONTH into her new job giving mammograms to others! We exchanged information after sharing stories and both ended my appointment being inspired by each other! Best mammogram EVER! Ladies...if you are 40 or older, get in and get checked!!! She is living proof! 💕
