Such an emotional roller coaster this weekend has been! Thursday kicked off and I had to witness a house full of Cosplayers and kids run around trying to get ready for the trip to Sac. Having to hangout with friends and spend loads of time with people like John Thinker, Anthony, and Amanda Lau. Friday was game time and got a lot of compliments on my Choji and spending time with FullXForce and preparing for their KPOP-JPOP Dance Showcase and WINNING FIRST PLACE! Saturday was chaotic! There was a lot of running around. There were so many people who were late for their shoots. A handful canceled on me and one person (whom Ive talked to over a period of weeks) decides to just not show up at all. People werent true to their word on some things which led me stranded outside the room with no way of getting to my chargers and medicine for my gout as my wrist was swelling up. Everyone who offered me to call/text them when I need them never responded until a later time. What made my day was watching my friends perform flawlessly at the Masquerade in the opening act. Im so proud of them. Their success helped me so much that day. Thank you Angela, Living Gaara, and Ciera Mist for the fun evening. You guys throw the best sleepovers! We need to do it again! Today was a lot better. Though 75% of my scheduled shoots canceled on me, I was still able to do an amazing KimPossible shoot. Special thanks to Cath, Liza, Emma, Bella, Sydney, Tracy, and Danielle for being punctual and so respectful for the scheduled shoots. Not only were you on time, you were all so amazing and Id LOVE to shoot with you again. My Ace Ventura was a hit. I had so much fun with it and being in character. I think people liked it. The best part of today, however, is the CORPUS gathering. Man, what a blessing it was to see so many people come and have a great time doing the CORPUS. You guys rock! =) To top off a good day, Catherine, Brittni, and I had some DELICIOUS Five Guys burgers! Omg Im in heaven! But now that Im home, I miss SacAnime and I miss my friends. Youve all become so big in my life and Ive never imagined having such an amazing group of friends. Ive met so many great people and saw old friends this weekend and I didnt want it to end.
