Sucked into a vortex of AT&T Hell. This 2nd call is now at 97 minutes after a 55 minute call and only getting close to having phone/internet issues resolved. Oh my freaking grief! It isnt that the are bad at talking to you...they are actually very skilled. And no wonder why. The left hand in India has no idea what the right hand in Malaysia is doing or if the talking head in Georgia understands what the technician from California did yesterday....they say they record calls and take notes, so why for freakin heavens sake do you have to repeat the whole flipping story 27 times?? This call is now on 104 minutes while they try to get someone that lives on this planet to get back here before next Wednesday to fix what they totally screwed up in a four hour debauchle yesterday. Call #2 this morning now at 107 and counting. I couldnt make this crap up.
