Councillors who side swiped the process with claims of ignorance, or sentiment, my slogan is better than yours or how a presentation should be made caused the staff to put a halt on the serious and cost effective initiative. Seems the rules of meeting being a Councillor for the Greater city of Sudbury do not allow a conversation the master plan and about what going on in the city.
