Suellen Mankin I got to see a documentary of these things. They started in China and are working their way East (towards us). They kill any small animals including dogs and cats. They will also go after small children. They destroy ALL honey bees including the Africanized bees. They destroy the bees (eat them) and kill the entire hive. The ones around here go underground. They dig between the paver stones. Its a good sized hole that is built up with dirt much like ants. Spray Raid into the hole and plug it up. The ones they showed in China used trunks of dead trees for their hive. I saw my first one here in Indiana in 2004. I couldnt figure out what they were. They are here in droves now!
