Suffer from Anxiety and stress? Want to bring it under your control? Here are some tips. Anxiety comes with irregular breathing. Remove the irregular breathing, and the anxiety will fade away. 1. Breathe with RHYTHM – to a beat, to a metronome, just regular in and out, doesn’t have the be slow or fast, just breath with rhythm. 2. Breathe SMOOTHLY. A fixed volume in and out. 3. Breathe FROM THE HEART AREA. Shift your attention to the heart area. We can actually control 12 different elements of the breath. The above are the most important to dissipate anxiety.
