Suffering in silence; the pain behind the smile, the loneliness behind the laughter, and the fear behind the confidence....or the lack there of. Some of the most seemingly happy people find themselves in this exact picture. The tragic death of Robin Williams is and example of that. The darkness that lies with depression. Some may never know why they are depressed, it is simply a disease. Others may suffering from a disease that the depression is simply a result of. No one truly knows what lurks in the mind of others or what is really behind that smile. If you follow the news, the news in itself can be depressing. What is this world coming to? Our children, our county, our world is in turmoil on so many different levels. So, I would like to challenge all my friends and family...well everyone. Please take a moment to do something nice for someone. Share a kind word, a meal, a blessing, or a shoulder....you never know when that one action might change someones destiny.
