Suffolk County Police Department Sixth Squad Detectives Please Share Video of the burglary in comment section Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives are seeking the publics help to identify and locate the man who burglarized a Lake Ronkonkoma home. On Sunday, January 12, a burglar kicked down the rear door of a home in Lake Ronkonkoma. When the homeowners relative went to check on the house, he found an unknown man inside the home. A physical altercation ensued and the suspect fled on foot. Two suspects were captured on surveillance inside the Lake Ronkonkoma home. One of the suspects is described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, with short brown hair. He is approximately 6 feet 1 inch tall, approximately 220 pounds and was wearing a black sweatshirt, black North Face knit hat and jeans. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
