Sugandha Sukrutaraj is the founder of AMBA, an organisation that trains and employs hundreds of "intellectually challenged individuals" with a low IQ for business processing. AMBA uses unique teaching methodologies and peer-to-peer training to enable its trainees to take on increasingly complex work. It associates with institutions across the country which can care for such individuals and helps these become hubs for training and employment. Sugandha’s efforts could see a sustainable model of inclusivity come alive, where India’s intellectually challenged not only contribute to their families financially but also have an identity of their own.
