Sugar Industry Demise? Some of political experts like Rakesh Mani have question my posting showing decline in all aspects of the sugar industry between 2006 and 2010. Please note the since FSC has not posted their Annual Reports for 2012 - 2013 I am unable to extend the comparison beyond 2011. Allegations and counter claims that the industry was already on decline in so far as sugar and cane production concerned from 2001 must be responded with facts. The facts points to the contrary. Please see graphs below which shows performance under LQ was way higher then what we have seen under JVB. Now some people may need assistance to interpret the trend so just ignore their rantings.
