Not medical; had several litter boxes with different types of litter in them; covered and uncovered; still she went on the floor. After reading Pams article, I thought back to when she DID use the box, and tried putting the old-fashioned non-clumping clay in one box. Problem immediately solved!!! The worst part is - all the rest of the cats prefer the clay, too! Rather use the clumping, but kitties rule!
