Sugestions wanted regarding school nurse harassment. From Verdandi: Does anyone know anything about dfcs? [Division of Family and Children Services] Ive been having issues for months with my oldest daughters school nurse sending her home for everything under the sun, a sniffle, a fever of 99.3, 99.6... now come to find out she called dfcs on me claiming neglect because shes always sick (shes not, this lady just sends her home for nothing ever since she learned Im anti vaccine) even though Ive got doctors visits and even emergency room visits on my side showing that I take her to be checked, Id like to know my rights, Ive tried googling and just find random cases about other people. BTW she has only.missed 6 days of school, and those are all because she sent her home and said to keep her home till DAYS later. Side note: thankfully for months now Ive been talking to my other kids school nurse (diff school) about the other nurse - so I told her today what she did/is doing and she was shocked She said shed call the supervisor and tell her whats going on, not just that but to cover myself I talked to the staff parent liaison at the other school (not the one with the hostile nurse) and gave them a heads up that she will be coming around, these people know me and have my back so I was touching base getting a jump on this dfcs nonsense.
