Suicide- We all have such strong opinions about the subject, some are living with the aftermath of it and some are contemplating it....either way its heartbreaking for all involved. I in NO way condone suicide but I can tell you that it isnt where anyone desires to be or what they want to feel. It is the most terrifying, lonely and darkest place to be. Depression is a disease just like any other disease and sometimes there isnt a cure. Depression takes you to such a desolate place and it convinces you that there is no way out, it takes hold, trying to keep you down. Just my thoughts, please no debates or arguing. ... I agree suicide isnt the answer but again unless you walk in someones shoes, feel what they feel or fight the battles raging in thier mind you just cant know. None of us know, but we can reach out to one another because no one should ever have to face the darkness alone. If we take anything away from Robin Williams death/suicide I would hope that it is to reach out, to truly care for each other enough to stand beside those in the darkness and help them battle the demons that are dragging them deeper and deeper.
