Sukhs Thoughts: This was the way things had to play out. This is why Greenspan was saying that we needed a period of time where the government did nothing. First you kick in with QE, and then, you eventually kick in with real fiscal stimulus which will be the infrastructure projects that put people to work. But this will most likely only happen when China hits a crisis and is forced to adjust into a more domestic, service based economy. But, before that happens, they will have to deal with cleaning up their own credit/real estate/investment bubble.
