Sullivan is 8 years old. I have had him for 7 years. Not once has he run up to another dog in a threatening manner while on leash or off. Sullivan is only off leash in a controlled environment where I am sure his recall will be 100%. In fact, this is never happened to me with any of my dogs Ive had in the past. Why are there not more responsible people out there like me, or more importantly why am I not running into any of then? Because I know if they are out there. I just run in to the idiots. Lucky me and Sully.
