Summary Phibian is a Financial Management Expert with 21 years of experience in sub-Saharan Africa, British, European Union , Canadian, USA, and Australian finance systems. Phibian has worked as a Consultant with Ernst & Young Advisory, SAP, COMESA, World Bank, DFID , European Union and SIDA funded projects as manager , coordinator and public finance specialist. He has worked for the Road Sector /infrastructure sectors in Ethiopia, Liberia and Zimbabwe. In Zimbabwe he was the Chief Executive of the State Procurement Board handling procurement planning, procurement processes and Contract Management for both government funded and donor funded projects for a 10 year period.
