Summer 2013 – This was fun! – They are too much like me! Father and Daughters learn to grow and compromise. They (my daughters) promised to eat more meat, I promised to eat more veggies. They rode a bike, I ran behind them. Worked out together and lost our winter excess weight. We are all now a little on the thin side going into the Holidays. But we can go into the Holidays with some room for food. I Run during winter will not burn as much. They love winter but only from inside the warm house. We have different priorities this year unlike the challenges of last year. We see and appreciate all the good things and people in our life after downsizing that list of people. What a great summer 2013 was for bonding as Father and Daughters!! As they grow older, our personalities present some challenges and require diplomacy. We are so much alike and yet completely different and that confusingly is because they are too much like me!
