Summer Employment Transitions is the largest service of its kind in Canada!!! A service of Community Living Sarnia-Lambton, the school to work transition service is designed to assist students who have disabilities aged 16-29 to obtain and maintain summer employment. Accomplished through the support of summer job coaches, who are students themselves. Eighty-six students with disabilities were employed in 100 jobs throughout Lambton County - - a major milestone for us this year! All jobs were paid at minimum wage or better.
