Summer Training Intensive Day 8: Artistic Archaeology As the week concludes, our participants continue to dig deeply into the creation of a world guided by their imaginations. The group explored and culled together images for research boards focused on the theme of space design and archetypes connected to Shahrazad, A Tale of Love and Magic, including the Ruler, the Magician, and the Genie. New encounters in training took flight through the development of object work, a dramaturgy session led by Jeremy, a special training session led by longtime Double Edge collaborator Jennifer Johnson of Charlestown Working Theater, and the first training improvisation of the Intensive. We find ourselves in a place where discovery in everywhere and inquiry is endless.
