Summer as a child was simply magic! My friends and I never experienced boredom and the children of today would be well served to take a leaf from our book, we became explorers and adventurers. We plunged head first into childhood play that developed a platform for our future lives with all of those life skills we need and for that I thank my lucky stars that I didn’t have an iPod or a X-Box to hide me away playing out side, one word springs to mind “Joy”, what where your holiday experiences? Do you think children spend far too much time indoors?
