Summer bodies are made in the winter. ❄️⛄️❄️⛄️❄️⛄️❄️⛄️ We can bundle up in our cozy sweats and big comfy sweatshirts (one of my favorite outfits lol). However, summer will arrive and we will wish we started our fitness program in the winter. Todays workout: 1. 10 Burpees 2. 10 Squats 3. 15 Burpees 4. 20 Squats 5. 20 Burpees 6. 30 Squats 7. 25 Burpees 8. 50 Squats 9. High knees 1 minute 10. Plank with alternate leg lifts Repeat circuit 2-4 times. Enjoy!
