Summer camp for Primary School Children To coincide with their New School Sports Hall, their Astro turf, their playing pitch and their basketball court facilities a number of teachers at Cregmore NS have recently launched details of their Summer Sports and Activities Camp which takes place from Monday July 1st – Friday July 12th. In offering a wide variety of activities, it is envisaged that all participating children will be catered for and that a memorable and exciting programme will be provided. For those children interested in sporting activities the camp is offering hurling/camogie, football, soccer, basketball, dodgeball, Olympic handball and rounders. Children will also be offered the opportunity to explore their creative abilities through the medium of art and craft, music and talent competitions. In addition they will be afforded the opportunity to explore the seashore and visit Renville Park where they will participate in orienteering and treasure trail exercises. This action packed activity camp promises to be a most exciting and memorable experience for the children involved. The experience and planning commitment of the teachers involved wilensure this.
