Summer is here!!!! I have been getting asked by a lot of people about how to cut the most amount of fat off of their bodies as possible this month. The easiest answer is not to go crazy- but to start increasing the intensity a little bit. You can do this in a few ways- increasing the reps, sets, and weights or by decreasing your breaks. A good example of this is to start incorporating circuit training- combining a few exercises together that allow you to keep your Heart Rate up. I like to alternate upper and lower body exercises: Jump Lunges Pushup Jump Squats One armed Snatch Speed Skaters Shoulder Press Windmills Russian Twists 20 of each- 3 sets:) Something like that will keep your heart pounding and in a fat burning stage. It is important to build strength before doing these high intensity exercises- so that when you get your HR (hear rate) increased you are able to withstand the intensity:) Have fun!!!
