Tomorrow we will have: Cherry coconut shagg layer cakes Howieson Farm apricot and brown butter tart Youngberry and lemon mascarpone tartlets Buttermilk and spice layer cake with peanut butter caramel and milk chocolate ganache Peach-a-misu tart in cocoa cookie crust Trez leches with raspberries Whoopee pies Pink grapefruit chiffon cake Date caramel and chocolate tart Cocoa meringue roulade with strawberries in vinocotto Vanilla sour cream cheesecake with peanut crumb crust and strawberry preserves. Salted caramel and chocolate slice Mandarin custard yo yos. And the Saturday ciabatta is The Yotam with spiced and slow roasted organic lamb shoulder with Shuki and Louisas smoky baba ghannouj salad, lovely lemony herbs, labne, pomegranate and buttery toasted almonds. And the meat free is the El Mariachi with patatas bravas in a roll - fried potato, spicy red pepper sauce, super garlic aioli and roquette. Phew! x
