Summon Chinese ambassador over Hong Kong entry ban ...... So British MPs now urge David Cameron..... and so reads a headline in the South China Morning Post today. MPs say the British government should react more strongly to this unprecedented and confrontational act of Beijing refusing a group of British MPs to be granted entry into Hong Kong. Hong Kong law does not prohibit a British national visiting Hong Kong, does it ? David Camerons spokesman said earlier this month that the British PM thought Beijings decision to bar MPs from Hong Kong was counter-productive. Well, is this Chinese law at work again ? .....and double standards ? British nationals do not even require a visa to visit Hong Kong. Conversely, Keith Darby a British national who has had a travel ban imposed by rogue Chinese judges in Haikou Hainan China for two years apparently as a result of an unpaid debt to a Chinese by the Jersey island Trust of BIR Inder Singh Kathuria of 116 Hamilton Terrace, St. Johns Wood, London, is being prevented by Chinese mafia from travelling to Hong Kong to collect the money from the company of which Kathurias Jersey Trust is the major shareholder at the labour Tribunal, to discharge Kathurias own unpaid debt. Why ? The Haikou court Judge Wu agreed in July with the British Consulate that Darby could travel to Hong Kong to attend Labour tribunal hearing for one day, it was in writing, then they denied they had ever agreed to it, so they are liars yes ? Is Hong Kong part of China or not Mr Chinese ambassador to London Liu Xiouming? If Hong Kong is part of China, and we dont recall anybody arguing this point, why is China holding Darby, his wife and their two British sons effectively hostage in the mainland ? Tonight we hear that a gang of about 8 people from China Resources, the SOE that stole Darbys company assets, the Haikou court, who are obviously on the take, and the Hainan police who failed oddly for three years to investigate Darbys complaints about CRC corruption and fraud have been waiting outside Darbys home, waiting to ambush him and his family for three days now. But is this really how China with its smiling global face wants to be seen in the world.? They say China is a country without the rule of rule of law, they are now proving it for all the world to see.
