Sumo deadlift week 3 200kgx1: I tend to cycle deadlifts every three weeks and this was my third week of the current sumo deadlift cycle. I managed 195kgx2 before hitting this 200kg. Once again I was aiming for 2-3 but I have a mental block on 200kg for reps at the moment. The pleasing thing is it was a sumo stance pb and a pb with this bar. It is a horrible bar with zero give which makes a difference. My current pb of 205kg was set on a Texas powerlifting bar so Im confident that 215kg is achievable when I test next week on a better bar in a conventional stance. #deadlift #personaltrainer #motivation #averagejoe
