Sunday Devotional Arriving On Time - A Testimony from my book, Money Matters in My Kingdom I was late for a particular prayer meeting. Sitting on a tube train, I wondered how I could speed up the process. I thought that I would pray specifically that when I arrived at the next tube station that my train would stop next to a platform that would have a train waiting to take me to Earl’s Court. When I arrived at the next station, the train stopped next to another platform, where there was a train waiting. I jumped on the train, sat down, and asked another passenger whether the train was going to Earl’s Court. “No,” he said, and he explained that it was going somewhere else. “Lord,” I exclaimed, “I prayed that it would go there.” Just then the operator suddenly announced, “Would everyone on the train at platform 5 get off; it is now going to Earl’s Court.” Praise the Lord, I was not late for the prayer meeting.
