Sunday Funday! Just finished a 5 mile run. Time to focus and get back on track. I enjoyed the summer of relaxing on my diet, indulging in BBQs, wine, socials with food (often) and my training slacked for a few reasons. Its all ok though. I know what to do and it felt good to relax. Now Im back on the track of healthy choices and regular workouts. Tomorrow starts day 1 of the nationwide LuRong Paleo Challenge which about 10 or 11 of us are participating in this time and everyone is excited and preparing! I am excited to go finish up cleaning the gym now and then home to walk the pup on the beach, enjoy this gorgeous day and then something I love to ... Cook! Prepare for the week ... A successful week starts with planning and preparing. So here it is... my Sunday Funday has begun and heres a bit of accountability as well. Goal at the end of the challenge (8 week challenge) is weight down to 125 pounds) and running pace back down near 10 min mile or better for long runs. #LiveWithPassion #LoveLife #LiveD3fined #BackOnTrack
