Sunday Funday is here and the kitchen smells like Gingerbread Cookies, YUM! We made one of my personal favorite cupcakes today, the Gingerbread Cupcake. It is a gingerbread cake with cream cheese frosting rimmed with homemade sugar cookies and topped with a gingerbread boy!!! Trust me, this one is perfect!!
