Sunday Gratitudes: 1. We have bunches and piles of snow! Im grateful. We need it for our water levels. I have my Christmas decorations still hanging around and they look really nice with a snowy background. Actually, its just a wreath of treasures from yesterdays. It means a lot to me,snow or not. 2. I am grateful to have Downton Abby back on PBS. I missed them. 3. I am grateful for a very long telephone conversation with my California cousin today. There is so much we dont have to say to each other. Mention a name and we know the history, same for a town or an event. It is amazing to me that we two adventurers in our family have grown in the same directions with hauntingly similar values. Maybe being the black sheep is not so bad after all. Id still rather be the person I grew into instead of the person I might have been had I been willing to sell out just to be one of the flock of white sheep. Maybe when I say Baaaa, it rings off the mountains with a different tone. lol
