Sunday I am running the Yorkshire marathon (dogless) but the following Saturday I will be taking part in the Suffolk Coastal Marathon with both Lara and Carter....we are raising funds for the Colchester General Hospital Stroke Unit, as my husband suffered a stroke on the 22nd August this year. He is recovering well and the care and support he has had and continues to receive from the Unit is excellent! Any spare change will be appreciated, thank you :) justgiving/4Albi
