Sunday June 22nd-Jerold from Boston Digital is filming some of the classes we have to offer at Freddys Hawaiian Punch. Looking for members and non members to workout at the gym and do 20 minutes of each of the classes ... Session 1--- 10:00am-10:45 Skinny Jeans Workout / Body Infusion Session 2 --- 11:00-11:45 ICET with Grayson and Ultimate No joke with Freddy and Ultimate no joke boxing Session 3- Freddys Hawaiian Punch / Warrior Interval /Murphys bootcamp/ Combat workout Need your help in getting member and friends to come to the gym and workout with us so everyone will be able to see what the classes are about!
