Sunday Message: To live is Christ, to Die Is Gain What does this mean? Philippians 1:21 this is Paul telling us that Christ is the Key. We are given life and life abundant by Jesus. We must teach his message to all that will listen and emulate him in our everyday actions. He should be the anchor that holds us firm and he will bless us accordingly. To Die is Gain is in reference is death to self live for Christ not yourself, as well as when we die we go home to a much better place. No pain or suffering, no sin, no disease, no more death, and with God. Does this mean its better to Die? No. It means we have security in living as well as in death. There is no mission that is bigger than God, he will pull you through it. But when its your time he will call you home to be by his side. We can live happy this way, not scared of life or death. The key here is to following Gods will and not your own motives or intentions. We should be happy knowing to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Father God thank You for giving us this and everyday, each is a gift. Let us be in tune with your will that we be worthy to be called your children. Let us live life in a way that is pleasing in your sight. Let us hold true to the lessons you have taught us and stand firm in our beliefs that we can do all things by trusting in You. We can face death knowing we are getting better, away from this world of sin and death and to our permanent home in Heaven. Help us to lead others to you by our actions and words that they may want the peace and comfort that we have in trusting you. Be with our warriors around the Globe keep them Safe and guard them. Let our enemies know that the One True God is on their side and we will prevail in this life and the next. To live is Christ and to Die is Gain. This and all things we ask in Jesus name.. Amen........ BG..
