Helpline: +234-80-372-521-24 TOPIC: JEHOVAH JIREH, THE GOD OF FINANCIAL & MATERIAL MIRACLES (2) 1 KINGS 17:1-16 Jehovah Jireh is the name of God that covers every area of financial, material and resource need that a human being can have on the earth from the time he is born to the time he goes to heaven in order to fulfill his destiny. Remember that the acts of God are always attached to His destiny and purpose for a man. God doesn’t bless you for blessing sake and neither does he do anything to prove He is God. Instead, He does everything to help you fulfill your assignment and destiny on the earth. Today we will examine other manifestations of Jehovah Jireh for the fulfillment of our destiny and purpose on the earth. 4. God puts men under divine command to do things for you: The widow that fed Elijah in 1 Kings 17:9 was under divine command to do so. God said ‘I have commanded a widow woman there to take care of you.’ In Luke 8, there were certain women that ministered to the needs of Jesus through their substance. There are human beings that God has put under a command to favour you and help you on the road of life. I pray that you will stop meeting hindrances and you will start meeting helpers on the road of life in Jesus’ name. 5. Release of favour to cause assistance, jobs and calls to come for you: Nehemiah received such when the king gave him favour and released all the materials he needed. Esther received such when the king signed the decree to counter the decree of Haman to wipe out the children of Israel. Daniel received such in his day and Moses received such from the daughter of Pharaoh. You can receive such today. 6. Miracle of magnification of efforts: In 2 Kings 7, we saw the four lepers shuffling and dragging their feet on the dusty ground but God caused the enemies to hear the sound of a massive army movement and they ran away and left all their resources. By the time the children of Israel came there the next day, they found more than enough to fulfill the word that God spoke through Elisha that by this time tomorrow, two measures of barley shall be sold for a shekel, and a measure of fine flour for a shekel. God caused a magnification of efforts of the four lepers. I pray that God will magnify your efforts in life, it doesn’t matter how small you think your effort is when God’s miracle of magnification comes upon it; it will be more than enough to take you where you are going in Jesus’ name, amen. 7. Miracle of multiplication of resources: In John 6, Jehovah Jireh multiplied five loaves and two small fishes to feed five thousand men not counting women and children and they still had twelve baskets left. This miracle happened twice in the life of Jesus. In the book of 2 Kings 4 the same miracle took place for that widow that the oil multiplied and kept on multiplying. In 2 Kings 4:38-44 we see how hundred men wanted to eat and Elisha said they should set 20 loaves of bread before them they ate and had leftover. He can still do the same for you today! Prayer: I receive deliverance in every area of my life where I have been experiencing hindrance; I receive my path and that of my helpers in destiny to begin to cross. I receive favour, magnification of effort and multiplication of resources in Jesus’ name.
