Sunday, September 21 at 1:30pm - Bicycles Against Poverty Reception & Presentation. Bicycles Against Poverty is a nonprofit organization that originally began as a student club at Bucknell in 2008. BAP is hosting a fundraiser as it returns home to Lewisburg, PA in September. BAP provides bicycles, on a financing plan, to rural Ugandans who lack access to basic life needs, such as healthcare, clean water, education, and jobs. To date, we have distributed over 910 bicycles, impacting over 4,500 individuals in the process. This event has a $10 entry fee.
