Their spirit is not right in them, but the righteous live by their faith.” ~ Habakkuk 2:1-4 1) Eventually, the Lord answered Habakkuk after all of his waiting to receive a response to his cries for justice. How does the Lord answer your prayers? How does He speak to you in your daily life? 2) It was the second half of this final verse that helped spark the Reformation nearly 500 years ago - “the righteous shall live by faith.” Martin Luther read those words and stopped dead in his tracks, realizing that God calls us to be faithful and trusting, not perfect. What do those same words mean to you? What does it mean to live by faith?
