Sunday evening as we were leaving for church, I decided to help Harold by closing the garage door. He is feeling so much better and enjoys being the chauffer, but sometimes the door opener is a bit of a problem. Just as I touched it, he stopped the car to go back for something. Together, we hung the garage door on our car. Well, this has been a four day saga of calls to insurance companies, answering questions to decide if this was a car insurance issue or a home liability issue. Finally, we got the exciting news that the door is fixableđź‘Ť for about $300, What a relief! The car wasnt even scratched:). Many of you know Harold is a very kind, loving man, but his response to this initially was absolutely amazing. When we finally got the car unstuck and the garage entrance covered, he spoke. I just want to say one thing. PLEASE dont help me close the door next time. I felt so loved and relieved. At that time, we expected to have to replace the door--Am I blessed? He is so caring!
