Sunday fun day - 210 rep Marathon Shock the muscles, test your abilities and make your program exciting by putting yours muslces, discipline and will power through hell by doing this marathon of reps! I did 210 squats in 6.5 minutes using 55kg (bodyweight), while the boys did bench press for 210 reps (their video soon to come) Throwing in such challenges prevents your body from adapting to typical weight-lifting programs as well as shocking your central nervous system by using a different work capacity. It tests not only physical endurance but mental strength and trust me when I say this, its more mental strength than physical. Consistently training your discipline and will power will not only make you stronger in the gym, but it will build your character and teach you handle tough situations in life - after all its not all about your body! Start with 1 rep all the way to 20 reps, totalling 210 reps- watch the video for the progession!
