Sunday market always has better fish. I was supposed to buy vege this afternoon, but Fish girl gave me such a smile that I cannot resist (well, I was shopping alone), so, a little yellow fish with clear eyes. I felt guilty buying fish from the obviously pretty fish girl, its like I do not care about the fish. I do care about the fish, and of course fish girl helps. Add, as usual, red pepper, ginger, green onion, and, special guest, my home-made plum, marinate for a while, steam for 10 minutes. Silky taste, the rice wine helps. One friend gave me a great encouragement this morning, about the cooking thing, I was thinking I post too many of pictures lately (cuz its summer and I kind of have a lot of time), now I think its ok. Oh well, we have to eat anyway.
