Sunday morning legs COMPLETE! To be honest, it was a terrible workout. I didnt eat very well yesterday and it showed. But it feels good to say I did it anyway, you know? I even had to find someone to cover me at the FD so I could go to the gym (fortunately one of the guys is a personal trainer, so when Im all pleaaase cover me, I reaaalllyy need to workout, he gets it). After all my whining and begging, there was no way I could skip it. So I went, and I squatted, and I lunged, and I wanted to throw up a little so I did some light cardio, and now I feel GOOD. Its amazing what even a small workout can do for the body. Just do it!
