Sunday morning social work before Church at a public Bus Stop in front of the College/Institute where I work. Have been able to convince my colleagues at work and influence them to learn to sacrifice for others. Not many were willing to step out from their revolving chairs and big desk though. Students and staffs alike have also donated a massive amount of their old and unused clothes for a “Make a Change Initiative” I have started at work, will be taking them to the slums for distribution by October 1st week. My next plan is to propose again Jesus principles of the Servant Leadership as part of the leadership training program for our MBA students. I have proposed this last year but it was not accepted by the board. They have a lot to say about Servant Leadership but I believe otherwise....
