Sunday morning think along..... Over 25 years we have owned a FARM. Since Jan 26 2012 A legal battle has between our family and the town, plus one neighbor. Over 2.5 years of craziness that to most, would drive folks nuts, still today, I see ahead maybe a few more years of stupidity. Lost income, damage to years of building a great reputation, impact on my family, the loss of one of my major investments, strains between my side of the family, and still today wonder at 53 where my life is going. To all of you who follow my post, if you knew the details of this issue, a 10.000.000 (million) law suit should seem appropriate for such an issue. Over a thousand days to resolve cows on a farm. Whats your involvement? Just remember when you pay your Clinton taxes were it will go!! How does anyone call this leadership in our town. At the time the cows hit my farm there was no regulations weather farm or residential and were changed to HARASS MY FAMILY. Let this all be known that we have tried to resolve with THE TOWN OF CLINTON WITHOUT any penalties, but as of monday begin one of the most fierce retaliations of legal ramifications to ALL involved! As there has been no mercy to my family, I shall act accordingly. Sad it always comes to this. What a bunch of fools. This is our leaders chasing a ten dollar permit from 25 years ago and looking for a 135 dollars now!!
