Sunday night and thinking back on the last week. The death of our own guy Alan Henning from Stockport, Brutally murdered by IS. A true inspiration to us all, its incomprehensible how any one of any religion can murder such a warm hearted man with such cold blood. I hope this ends soon, I hope our troops stay safe but I hope this absurd destruction of life ends as soon as possible. Also this week was the 1st anniversary of my lovely mums death. Have coped ok and as she would say , onward and upward, she will never be forgotten, I will constantly talk about her because she is simply the reason I am the woman I am today :-). This said I still grieve for her and also my lovely friend mark. It has made me appreciate life, life in the past but more importantly now the future. I have it pretty good, lovely husband, brother, and dad. Now I have passed that first milestone Im going to make every effort to have one positive thing every day.
