Sunday night, drove the van which had been parked since August 13 (day of surgery), had coffee away from home with friends, got gas, made a quick visit to the grocery store & bought tamari rice crackers - all unplanned and on the spur of the moment - a change is coming! Ha ha ha ha ha Also I decided to have lucid dreaming (yoga nidra) tonight with elephants. I posted earlier elephant images, including a white elephant which is an ancient symbol for example in Buddhism, of the Hindu Ganesh as an emanation of the Bodhisattva Avalokitesvara. Ganesh is the Hindu icon of the one God that helps remove spiritual obstacles. Listening now to kids chanting a Ganesh mantra. Good dreams everyone and welcome elephants. youtube/watch?v=EB6HEnm2rg8
