Sunday was Astros first dressage test since Rob had him a pony club, expected to be last , was gutted when we where! Obviously dressage is not his thing but HT has a dressage component ! So what to do, judge no 2 said 2 things to me (again guttered) 1. Is he protecting his mouth? 2. And give, give, give, .i have done a bit of reading! Dangerous stuff! And have decided to do away with the bit for training and see if this helps, then try and work out what to put in his mouth for future tests, any other ideas from my more experienced riding friends?
