Suni is beginning to catch on to the fact that at the Retirement Home For Senior Wieners, good little wieners are fed in a crate at very specific times and to pass it up then, means going hungry until the next scheduled time. While she didnt actually go into the feeding crate for breakfast, she did eat from the bowl I had placed inside the door, which I consider a good start. Kasea, on the other hand, is still demonstrating some reluctance to eat. My suspicion is that its because of the pain that I just know he must have in his mouth. His dental on Monday should help with that. Even though Im offering only the softest of foods to him, I can see him flinch when he tries to open up and take a piece from my hand. Dr. Sutliff is normally very conservative when doing dentals, but I think in this case, Im going to ask him to be as aggressive as possible and extract any of the teeth that he has even the remotest idea might be part of the problem. I can always make Kaseas food into a gruel for him. ~Senior Wiener
