Sunny got to spend a little time meeting the bachelors over the fence this morning. I find it interesting to see how fascinated Star is with him. Star is also surprisingly gentle in his interactions with Sunny. They are related - Sunnys mother is Stars grandmother. Falcon is a lot rougher with Sunny which isnt like his usual behaviour. Neosho is loving and gentle with his son. Falcon got quite annoyed at Neoshos interest in Sunny and would slip himself under Neoshos neck in an attempt to separate them then glare and snap at Sunny. Falcon is extremely bonded to Neosho and takes a lot of comfort in his leadership. I am going to enjoy watching them all interact once Sunny joins the herd full time. Sunny spent a good half hour chatting with the bachelors over the fence before asking to go back to his sister. He will get the chance to have these interactions more and more over the coming months. Eventually he will let me know when he is ready to join the bachelors full time.
