Sunset Photography Are you kidding me, first of all I couldnt get in touch with you until 2 days before the wedding, after oh I dont know WEEKS of leaving messages and emails to you, not your assistant, to YOU then you still didnt return my call but you returned a phone call to another photographer whose phone I had used in hopes of tricking you into calling me back, what do you know it worked... then the day of my wedding there were apparently quite a few passive aggressive comments regarding the photo shoot you were doing that day, not very professional, then the day of the wedding you insisted the photos be taken outside because you didnt like the light, IT WAS RAINING AND WE WERE IN THE MIDDLE OF A JAZZ FEST BRIGHT IDEA VAL!! What a disaster, i finally insist it be done inside and then you just stand there while no one does anything so that I have to organize people, than you dont even take any pictures of Rob and I because we ran out of time because we screwed around outside to take 2 pictures in half an hour. Then you are supposed to do a Trash the Dress shoot, which we agreed to turn into a bride groom shoot because we didnt get any pictures taken, I told you I had a two week window as you were not available on weekends and Rob was only off work for two weeks, you agreed, SURPRISE, I cant get in touch with you, I left you three messages so as to not seem like I was freaking out every two minutes, so I hire another photographer to finish your job, yippie!! Then you do call me back and another argument ensues yadayaydya all Vals problems, which are not mine, my problem is your complete lack of customer service and follow through , but your big things was well you only called me three times ok so I took the hint, if I want a response call more, so I did, you said my pictures would be ready today, I called twice yesterday to see when we could do a drop off or pick up, surprise no answer!!! so I call today, surprise no answer. Oh but when I write in a public forum you respond. As far as the other vendors go, you are referring to Hair Candy Couture, whose business practices are so shady it borders on the incomprehensible; your order applique bead work and get a metal rhinestone piece, order a custom made dress and not only is it sooo large it is ridiculous but it is not complete and so cheaply made that she should be ashamed of herself, oh and then there was the matching tulle and veil I ordered from there one was white one off white really??. I will be sure to let the other vendors I used know that you use a broad brush when you paint and that you imply that the opinion of two is the opinion of many; as I am still friends with the other vendors this wont be difficult. As for my address be professional and look in your records, if you keep them, otherwise phone me you should have my number. As for your services I have heard quite a few complaints but see the thing is, you like Hair Candy Couture do not deal with the issues you simply delete or erase the comments that you do not like, bad business practices, and seriously, I had to threaten you with a lawyer just to get you to return my calls...are you kidding me... been nothing but a hassle, please do not use them they are as bad as Hair Candy Couture
