Sup Wednesday?! Check out this #HIIT workout that I have tortured a few clients with this week. Everything is for time which makes it extra exciting. Format: 5 stations, 2 exercises at each station, 2 mins at each. 30 seconds of each exercise twice and rotate. Do it all twice with an 8 round burpee #tabata in between rounds (20 on, 10 off). Station 1: Squat press with pivot + Decline push-up w knee drive (video ) Station 2. Squat row cable + Weighted jumping jacks Station 3: Rev fly on TRX + KB swings Station 4. Side lunge to overhead press + Plank w knee drive Station 5. DB row switch (video ) + Step ups #bodyshopstrong #trainftre #fitfam #workoutvideo
